Day - March 23rd, 2018. Thinking about what I actual want from life.
- Learn to accept, whatever you receive. Just do the things in the manner they appear in front of you periodically. DO NOT think all the things, issues, problems whole the time. I mean why holding everything all the time in mind.
- Wake up it the morning. And really wake up. Here is the best method I found to wake up -
- Get off the bed and go to the mirror. Smile broadly in front of the mirror.
- Now look your surroundings wherever you are and SEE DEEPLY. You will amaze how wonderful is everything.
- Now think about your Core Values and Ultimate Goal of life. Now again see yourself in mirror as you already achieved your goal in life.
- Do some physical exercise after that. You won't believe but only 15 minutes of physical exercise will do surprising things in your daily life. There are only three ways to actual feel your body - Deep meditation, Deep pain anywhere in body, and Physical exercise. I am sure nobody want to feel Pain 😃
- Write anything but Write down some thing daily. And before writing, read few minutes of your early writings.
DON'T load yourself with everything. Whatever comes to you, do accept EVERYTHING. I mean whatever you receive, accept it fully. Do the daily works in the manner the appears one by one with the repeating your mind that, "Whatever is in front of you to do is for only one single reason - you're born only to complete it. You are not being afraid, you're not worrying, because you have already completed all the goals, duties, task in your life and the work in front of you is your last responsibility of life."
